Great place to stay!

Fantastic place!!

A group of 4 stayed at the loft for a long weekend, and we had a great stay. The apartment is a great value for the price and location. The beds are so comfortable, the shower is excellent and overall the place is very pleasant and a great space. Already miss it, and highly recommend it.

Very nice place and great communication from the host.

A clean and well-appointed apartment, and convenient to the conference location we were in town for. The hosts were quick to respond to our questions and we were happy with our stay.

Loved our time at this apartment!

This is my favorite place to stay in Chicago. All my families love it so much . Highly recommended!!!

100% would recommend staying here!! In such a great location.

Apartment is very new, stylish, super clean with very good amenities. Overall, this is a 5 star place for us. We stayed with 6 people and had more than enough room, although 2 of us stayed in the living room / kitchen area on the murphy bed since there are only 2 bedrooms. All mattresses, including murphy bed were very comfortable. Good towels, pillows, etcetera. The only heads up are: (1) the place is not in a residential area, although it is very near to Pilsen which is a great area to hang out in, (2) the ceilings are really the floors of the next unit up, so if/when they make noise (running, dogs barking) you'll hear it. This only happened once during our stay though. Even with those things, we still overall give it a 5 out of 5. Its just that nice.

Sarah and Erica are two amazing hosts with an amazing place. Even before arriving, they made sure that my friends and I had no problem throughout our stay. The place is very clean and modern and as photographers, we had a lot of fun as well. It also provides basically everything you need during the stay, such as kitchen supplies, towels and linens, washer and dryers, etc. We definitely enjoyed our first trip to Chicago and would love to stay at this place again soon.

I loved this place myself and 3 of my team members stayed here together. The place is spacious, modern and clean. The roof top is gorgeous and the 24 hour gym is great. The building is modern with hipster vibes , definitely a affordable space with lots of flare. The apartment has everything anyone could need, full kitchen supplies, washer dryer and plenty of extra towels and linen. The host is a bit slow to respond but quite responsive and took care of everything we needed. We loved the space and would def stay again. The neighborhood has lots of construction and appears a bit sketchy but it’s just the appearence as 3 women traveling we had no issues. If you walk about 0.5 miles there are trendy bars, shopping and salons. Great place to stay I would stay again.

This is a beautiful apartment. The amenities are great, the people in the building are friendly, and the check in and parking could not have been easier. We were a little uncomfortable walking back to the apartment at night, but mostly because there was quite a bit of construction around the building, which created an isolated feeling. I only mention this so that other women staying here alone are aware. That being said, that is a temporary issue. All in all, the apartment was amazing - comfortable, stylish, and the hosts left flowers which was a really thoughtful touch.

The location is really close to all of the things to do in downtown Chicago. It is a quick Uber ride to anywhere. The apartment itself was awesome. Plenty of room for my family of 5 and our dog. The unit was immaculately clean when we arrived. The building felt very safe with its outer security doors and cameras. Looks like it was recently renovated and has art on all of the walls and a very nice fitness center in the lobby.

The apartment is really nice, everything you need is there. The building and it’s occupants are super helpful. The building itself is not in a great area, but if you grab an Uber at the front door then it’s fine. If you are a light sleeper you may want to bring some earplugs! The people in the apartment directly above this one are quite loud. They have a baby that cries often, a toddler that I think runs around in heels, and two dogs that bark incessantly and get into some nasty fights quite often. They tend to quiet down for most of the night but there is no further sleeping after about 7am when the kids wake up!! Luckily for me I get up around then anyways, but my kids were not impressed!! Despite that, I really liked the place and felt comfortable there. I would stay again!

My stay here was great! Great location (only small hiccup is that I wish we would have know there was so much construction next door). Other than that it’s great! Beautiful place with everything you need. Easy check in! I already want to stay there again

This is a really lovely space. It is clean and the building secure. We realized upon arrival though that there is a lot of construction in the area and that there are few choices of restuarant within a close proximity. All of the choices we went to were either a 20 minute walk (which isn't horrible) or a 10-12 minute car ride. The host did give us good instructions on how to find parking. As well, they charge a $150 cleaning fee so make sure to check your expense breakdown before booking. We were booking last minute so we were fine with this. In about 12 to 18 months, I bet this area will be really nice and this space an even better deal.

This place looks exactly as advertised. It was very nice, modern and in a relatively quiet somewhat off the beaten path part of Pilsen, yet still close to great restaurants and west and south loops; which is where most of the LOCAL action is in this part of Chicago. I enjoyed my stay here. I was already familiar with this area as I had lived in Pilsen years ago, so I felt safe. The area where this building is, is somewhat dimly lit and could be a bit weird for some, but what can I say, this loft apartment is in a warehouse-like building that was once industrial and now residential. I appreciated the apartment and how modern it was. Check-in was very easy and the host accommodated me an extra night as I accidentally checked in the night before I was supposed to. I was very grateful for that. The building has a beautiful rooftop space and a really nice fitness center too. The apartment had nice touches like body wash, shampoo, and conditioner already in the shower and enough pots, pans, and dishes if you decided to cook. There are plenty of great restaurants in the area and other amenities as well. Jewel grocery is right up the street and so is Costco. CTA has a train stop not too far away at 18th street. Overall I really liked this property and would book again.

My partner and I are moving to Chicago and had a charming first few days in the city. The place is stylish, comfortable, and situated in a neighborhood filled with awesome things to do. We couldn't have asked for more. Absolutely recommended!!!

Great apartment and a great value. Only about a $10 ride from most of downtown. Definitely a better value than some of the other places I had seen.

Very nice place!

place was great, host incredibly responsive, everything was clean, and in a great part of Chicago! Great value!

This apartment was great. Everything was new, clean and comfortable. I appreciated the noise machines in each bedroom. It's an apartment, so of course you can hear people around you, but the machines were great for sleeping. The roof was a great space! We really enjoyed sitting outside and looking at the skyline. The neighborhood had some great spots. It was an easy walk to coffee shops and restaurants. Luckily for us there was a mole festival that we enjoyed as well. I would recommend this place and gladly stay there again.
