Welcome to your stunning Uptown home – a neighborhood where jazz is king! With an eclectic feel and radiant vibe, Uptown is filled with music, nightlife and truly unique multi-cultural cuisine! Less than four blocks to the lake, this home (and the view) is a stunner and perfect for work or play in every season! This revitalized building boasts a diner, full bar, and all the amenities of a luxury hotel (including an indoor pool and huge gym!) with the comfort of having a whole home to yourself.
The space
Sleeping ArrangementsLiving Room - pull out sleeper sofa (queen)
Loft - 1 Queen bed
The sleeping area of the home is lofted and accessed only via ladder. We recommend that children under the age of 13 and people with mobility concerns sleep on the pullout sofa. Also note the ceiling height from the bed in the photos of the loft.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pants, utensils, silverware, plates, bowls, cups, knives, a cutting board, salt and pepper, a coffee maker, and cream and sugar – for however you take it.
Cleaning Supplies
You’re supplied with dish soap, a sponge, dish detergent and paper towels.
Washer/Dryer
There is a washer/dryer in unit. We provide you with detergent for your stay!
TV
The Roku guide is posted next to the TV. There is also a digital antenna for local channels. Please remember to sign out of any of any Roku apps you’ve utilize during your stay.
Non-Smoking
The home and entire building is designated as a smoke-free community. There will be a $500 fee imposed if you choose to smoke in unit or the building. Please respect our policy and step outside.
Parking
There is no dedicated parking space for the home. We recommend using apps like SpotHero to locate discounted street or garage spots nearby.
Guest access
You will have access to all of the building's beautiful and unique amenities. All of which include a gorgeous gym, stunning pool, and beautiful outdoor area with fire pit.Interaction with guests

We do not offer early Check In or late Check Out.
This is an elevator building with someone at the front desk between the hours of 7am-7pm. They are there to assist permanent residents, but we ask that you check in with them when you arrive both for security and so that they are able to reach you should you order food or have any visitors during your stay. Any questions should be directed to us via the Airbnb app.
Luggage Hold
If your travel arrangements have you arriving earlier or leaving later than our designated check in / check out times, we recommend using Wait Here Chicago. We have a partnership with them and can offer you discounted rates on their luggage hold options throughout the city.
Pets
There is a $25/pet per booking fee.
We know that all dogs are good dogs but the building's breed restrictions are listed below. There are no weight restrictions, but if your buddy falls under one of these categories unfortunately we wouldn't be able to host them: Pit Bull, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Shaffordshire Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Chow Chow, Akita, Presa Canario and /or Wolf Hybrids.
While we trust that your pet plays well with others, we know that accidents happen. In the event of an issue involving your pet, you will be required to provide up to date vaccination records and will be fully liable for any medical, veterinary, or property damages incurred.

House Rules
General Rules-Absolutely no smoking is permitted anywhere inside the home or any outdoor areas. There will be a $500 fee imposed if we receive a complaint or find evidence of smoking in the home.
-Please treat the home as if it is your own.
-Please respect our guest limit capacity of 4 people.
-Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property.
-If you accidentally damage anything during your stay, please contact the host for your safety and the future safety of the next guest.
-We pride ourselves on being green and would appreciate you turning off the TV and lights when you check-out.
-Please remember to sign out of any ROKU apps you utilized via your personal accounts before departing.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are between 10p-8a.
This is a residential building and ask that for the respect of permanent tenants basic courtesies of being mindful of your noise levels and not congregating in hallways outside of the unit be observed.
Receiving a noise complaint from the building or the device can result in the forfeiture of your stay and a $1000 fine.
No Smoking
The home (and entire building including outdoor common areas) is designated as a strictly smoke-free community. There will be a $500 fee imposed if you choose to smoke in the building. Please respect our policy and step outside the vicinity.
Key Fob
The key fob is your way of accessing everything from your short-stay apartment to the amenity spaces in the building. If you happen to lose your key fob, you will be charged $75.
Security
Please be advised that the building exterior and common spaces are equipped with surveillance devices. Please respect the building and its community.
Emergencies
Contact your host immediately with any issues. An emergency maintenance number is provided in the home guide for any building issues that involve water or hazards in the home.

A beautiful, light-filled space! The lofted bed brought out my inner child that loved having a bunk bed!
Great place! Clean and cute in a fun neighbourhood. Building is amazing and gym is the best I have seen.
The loft had great natural light & great location. Bed was comfy and shower was great. Enjoyed my stay here and would consider staying again.
Great spot. This place had one of the best gyms I have seen, in either AirbnbS or hotels. Travelling via the “L” was easy to most locations. Would definitely recommend.

This place is awesome! It’s in a really cool building so close to Aragon ballroom! The downstairs has a cool bar and the amenities here are unlike any other! The 13th floor rooftop is amazing at any hour of the day!
This place was BEAUTIFUL. I’m actually planning another trip by myself and I’d love to stay here again for upwards of a week. Can’t wait to come back ❤️❤️

Livly’s place was beautiful, clean, and at an incredible location. You can see the Willis Tower and Wrigley Field from the window and it was an easy walk to the L station. Would highly recommend!

Small little studio apartment but everything my wife and I needed. The apartment was very clean and my wife loved the decor. Safe neighborhood and just a short distance to the red line.
