Welcome to SULLIVAN STYLE, a beautiful one bedroom with luxury amenities. Lounge on the roof top and take in the skyline views or sweat it out namaste style in the yoga room . The rooftop includes Insta-worthy views, fire pits for rosé days, and plenty of space to host your friends. This urban enclave is built for you!

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pants, utensils, silverware, plates, bowls, cups, knives, a cutting board, salt and pepper, olive oil, black tea and honey. There are great markets nearby if you feel the culinary inspiration. Every room is supplied with a coffee maker, coffee, and cream and sugar – for however you take it.
Cleaning Supplies
You are supplied with dish soap, a sponge, dish detergent and a dishwasher, cleaning spray, and paper towels.
Washer/Dryer
There is a washer/dryer in unit. We provide you with detergent for your stay!
Deck
Enjoy access to the spacious roof-top lounge & deck complete with seating area, grills, and views of the skyline!
Roku
A Roku connected TV is provided for your convenience. Please remember to sign out of your accounts upon check-out.
Non-Smoking
The home and entire building is designated as a smoke-free community. There will be a $500 fee imposed if you choose to smoke in unit or the building. Please respect our policy and step outside.
Parking
There is no dedicated parking space for the home. We recommend using apps like SpotHero to locate discounted street or garage spots nearby.
Noise
Potential for noise - You can hear the train and other city noises from the unit.
Guest access

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are between 10p-8a.
This is a residential building and ask that for the respect of permanent tenants basic courtesies of being mindful of your noise levels and not congregating in hallways outside of the unit be observed.
Receiving a noise complaint from the building or the device can result in the forfeiture of your stay and a $1000 fine.
No Smoking
The home (and entire building including outdoor common areas) is designated as a strictly smoke-free community. There will be a $500 fee imposed if you choose to smoke in the building. Please respect our policy and step outside.
Key Fob
The key fob is your way of accessing everything from your short-stay apartment to the amenity spaces in the building. If you happen to lose your key fob, you will be charged $75.
Pets
There are no pets allowed in the unit or building. There will be a $250 fee imposed if you choose to bring a pet into the building.
Security
Please be advised that the building exterior and common spaces are equipped with surveillance devices. Please respect the building and its community.
Emergencies
Contact your host immediately with any issues. An emergency maintenance number is provided in the home guide for any building issues that involve water or hazards in the home.

The apartment was well located, we found it very cleaned and comfortable! It was well equipped in terms of electrical appliances and the bed was great!
It was a pity there is some much noise and light coming during the night in the bedroom.
Lovely 5-day stay. Great communication, both in the form of documentation in the apartment, and also via the app. Would stay here again.

Great place to stay. Apartment is clean and in a good location for a work trip if you’re working in the loop.
Check-in was easy, building and unit are great. It was so nice to have full coffee/tea set-up and a washer/dryer. Easy to walk many places in the Loop. Appreciated the recommendations for restaurants.
Great location close to public transit and easy walk to many of Chicago's attractions. Liked the fresh design and thoughtful setup of the small space.
You can't really get a better location downtown for better value - and the roof deck was charming as well. Except for a bumpy check-in, we really enjoyed our stay. Great home base for exploring downtown Chicago.
