Convenient and great space!!

I loved my stay! My boyfriend and I stayed here, 3/9/20-3/12/20 and the experience was great!! It’s right in the middle of everything you need, Whole Foods, mag mile, food, etc. The only thing to note would be that it can be noisy in the early mornings, and it’s very bright so bring an eye mask if needed!

Amazing location. Very bacheloresque appeal. Access is easy when you get the hang of it. Bed is amazing.

We had a great stay in this air bnb. The set up was thoughtful, clean, and full of character - plus a great view! It was a great stay for a long weekend and the hosts responded quickly and kindly. I highly recommend this air bnb if you would like a relaxing weekend away!

Great place to stay!! Looking forward to another chance to book.

Had a wonderful stay here - would recommend for anyone staying in Chicago for a long weekend

Nice spot. There is parking near by which was helpful and a market next store. I will stay here again.

This was my first time visiting Chicago and I was traveling alone. Everything about my stay was great! The location is central, the building is super cute/vintage vibe/comfortable. It was convenient to have the little upscale convenience store, Fox Trot next door. Nice, cute, cozy, tasteful, unique, centrally located.

Would recommend if you don’t want to stay in downtown area. A lot of eateries and places to go

I had a wonderful stay and will stay again when back in Chicago. The location was perfectly walkable and the hosts were great communicators.

great place- vey centrally located. They provided a lot of detailed instruction so everything was very straight forward

great place! And awesome gym!

It was a very great stay for my business trip in Chicago

Wonderful place for a short stay. Great amenities, extremely clean and well organized. Almost like a hotel but with a homey twist!

Great apartment! Great location! Great host! Definitely worth checking out.

Hosts were very responsive and friendly to inquires or requests. The flat itself is fantastic. Definitely well-maintained and comfortable. Even though pets are allowed, you would never know it. We didn't see or smell any evidence that previous guests may have brought pets. Location was perfect for our stay; close to great restaurants, Riverwalk and downtown Loop area. We've stayed in several places in Chicago and this is now one of our favorites.

I loved staying here. I hope to get this place on future trips to Chicago. It was very safe, quiet, and comfortable. It had everything that I needed to eat a meal, play music on the Bluetooth speaker, and log into my Hulu or Netflix. The wifi was strong and I no issues getting work done. I was able to walk to dinner and even to the hotel where my conference was held. Less than a mile walk to the Magnificent Mile. Lots of great food choices nearby from $$ to $$$$$ and fast food. I really enjoyed it. And the neighbors and staff in the Bush Temple Flats were friendly and accommodating.

We stayed here only for 1 night, which was a mistake. Booking a 1 day stay is way less than even 24 allowed hours in this space (super late check in, super early check out) so it felt like quite a waste. That being said, the space itself was beautiful. It's a tiny little studio but very tastefully decorated (as you can see from the pictures). We had a strange experience where someone repeatedly called the house intercom at 5am and disturbed our sleep.. It was very upsetting but hosts assured us that it must have been a mistake by some other guest and those things happen. I appreciated their response. I have stayed in many many Airbnb's over the years all over the world and this place's inflexibility with luggage/check-in/out time was a little surprising. It's too small an apartment that their cleaners need 5-6 hours to clean it (from an 11am check out to 4pm check in?). I would have been willing to pay an extra fee as well, but the inflexibility has kinda turned me off an Airbnb stay for a bit (other homes I have stayed at have always been more accommodating, because they're not owned by giant corporations, but by understanding human beings). I'm sure they will respond to this review defending the inflexibility (in their messages they did say in advance that they cannot be accommodating several times) and I can understand being logical and strict about scheduling, but I don't think there's any replacement for warmth and human kindness. Not saying they're unkind, but with Airbnb I have experienced far far better. I think for first time in years I feel like I'd rather pay the same to stay in a hotel that will accommodate you in the name of customer loyalty/retention. They did explain a few times that there were a few luggage holding services in the city that other guests had used successfully but that didn't really work for us for several reasons, or I wouldn't have asked. I usually choose Airbnb for a more welcoming, homely experience and this (for all its style and panache) just felt a little... cold. It's a personal preference, I'm sure other people who have planned their trip better and have less luggage and a longer stay would be very happy with this space.

This place is conveniently located and well priced. A great place for a business trip.

Beautiful place, very clean and conveniently located. Loved staying here. Could totally see myself living here, but instead - I’ll just book again! :)

This place is super cute, in a great location (both in terms of food options and activities), and very comfortable. My husband and I stayed for a few nights and it was the perfect little haven to come back to at the end of our long days exploring the city. Bed was very comfortable, though the comforter may have been a bit thick for summer, and you have total control over the temperature in the space. It is located right on a busy street so if you’re a light sleeper I recommend bringing some ear plugs or a fan (I believe there was a white noise machine next to the bed, though! I just always sleep with a fan and that helped cancel out the extra noise from the street). The space was very clean and we loved the huge shower in the bathroom - they even provide shampoo, conditioner, and soap if needed. Hope to stay here again in the future!

Lovely, bright space. Convenient to walk or get to the L/buses. The shower is *Amazing*. Kitchen is nice too, the bed is super comfy, and it's great that there is a brand new washer/dryer in the unit with detergent included. Also, I'm a boxer and there's an incredible boxing gym in the basement!

Stylish place, awesome basement gym, great communication.

Apartment is in a great area in Chicago, easy to get around, so many things within walking distance. The apartment is beautiful, stylish and all still very new. Due to the location being near to the city, it’s pretty busy and a lot of noise filters up to your room 24/7. The host could possibly consider adding this to the property description. The apartment is local to a Firestation / Emergency Services, added to the noise throughout the night, I wouldn’t return to this area because of this, I was really tired due to the lack of sleep over the three days. In British pounds this apartment was £752 for a three nights stay, it didn’t have anything special that made this value for money, felt this was over priced for virtually no added extras. The room did have WiFi, an Amazon Alexa, and a Smart TV, you could sign into your own accounts if you wanted to! My husband and myself have traveled to Chicago on many occasions over the last 20 years, a beautiful city, so much to do. First time in the city using Air B&B for accommodation, although the apartment was beautiful, it was disappointing at the same time unfortunately.

Great location in River North and very clean smallish unit.

I enjoyed my stay at this studio located in walking distance to public transportation, shopping, and dining. It was a perfect place for me, traveling solo. I was comfortable, at ease, and safe. I enjoyed working out in the bottom floor gym which featured cardio machines and free weights. A few perks about this place: Comfortable bed, coffee and French press, washer, fast WIFI, Alexa, nice bathroom with great shower, Foxtrot next door. Thank you to the hosts, who were responsive and professional.

Very clean, very stylish

Easy, stylish studio in River North that has easy access to tons of great areas in Chicago. Plus, you can bring your pup!

Buen departamento

Amazing place with an amazing location the place was spotless and the communication was great! I would stay here any day!

Excellent space with a great cafe downstairs and proximity to all good things in Chicago.

This was a clean, well decorated space in a great area. Check-in and check-out were easy.

I would definitely stay here again if I ever go back to Chicago. The apartment was spotless, super close to everything, restaurants are 2 blocks away, train stations same thing, gorgeous decoration, and they responded to any inquiry super quick. Only downside is we got there too early to leave our bags before check in, so we used the service provided b (Website hidden by Airbnb) and it was super practical. I'd give it 6 stars if I could!

Great spot. Thanks

Beautiful space in a great location in Chicago. I was surprised how clean and modern this unit was. There are lots of things nearby- Convenient store, foxtrot, and restaurants down the street. I was able to walk everywhere. The unit had everything I needed, including a hot shower with great water pressure. Cotton balls and Qtips etc were provided and there is a little more tucked inside the bathroom medicine cabinet if you need bandaids etc. The towels were fluffy and large. It was nice to have coffee and a French press available, as well as a hot water kettle. Made getting up easy. There is a little kitchenette with everything you could possibly need to make a meal, but why wouldn’t you enjoy the Chicago cuisine? The place is wired for sling and roku, which I didn’t use. A Bluetooth speaker would’ve been nice- maybe it was there but I didn’t know it? I don’t think this unit has AC, but had a heater. Thank god it was winter when I visited. Lots of closet space w hangers and a thing to place your suitcase on. Very nice. Perfect place to stay, I just wish the mattress was more firm and the place was darker at night. But for the price, it can’t be beat.

Magnificent stay. Adorable space in a great area—so much in walking distance. From the building staff to the coffee, top notch experience all around. Parking is a little prickly, but hey, it’s Chicago. You want the show, you gotta pay the band. Great trip. Go!
