Great amenities , clean space, and check in was easy! The lockbox was located on the left side of the building right on the corner. Everything went well and smooth!

Such an ideal place to stay! Close walking distance to everything downtown Chicago has to offer. Thank you for having us.

This place was incredible! Great to have a washer & dryer, big shower, and access to a gym downstairs! Had everything I needed and was in a great location.

This place was fantastic, easy check in, great location, and cool decor. Had all the amenities and the hosts were very responsive

This is a great place with a wonderful location. They are pet friendly and both myself and the pup were able to enjoy our stay.

The apartment is great, excellent location, very nice decor, lots of light. I would definitely come back again. Very convenient.

Easy Check-in and Check out. The building is great, with a lounge on the lobby floor and great amenities. Foxtrot market was an added bonus!

Very comfortable apartment! Amazing lobby/lounge and gym as well! The hard check in/check out times are no problem when the lobby is comfortable with WiFi

If you’re visiting Chicago, this is the place to stay! A beautiful apartment located within walking distance of shopping and restaurants and mere steps away from a red line stop. It had absolutely everything we needed, was cozy and comfortable and was a great place to come home to after a long day of sightseeing! The hosts are wonderful to work with and I would definitely stay there again!

Location was great. Apartment was so cute, spacious and clean. We would definitely stay again!

The Island Aire space is absolutely gorgeous and the amenities were so perfectly thought through. I was amazed at the well stocked kitchen (seasonings, Calphalon pots, measuring cup, etc), the comfy Casper bed, the great Marshall sound system. It felt like home... I could easily stay again. I would urge Short Stay to ensure their cleaning staff is focusing on removing dust from all areas of the space but in general, immaculate space.

Our experience in Island Aire - Retro Apartment was amazing! We stayed there for 9 nights and we feel like at home. Everything was very clean, nice decoration and comfortable. It is also a light-filled apartment and there is a nice view of the John Hancock Center. 24 hours before the check-in we received an email with all the information about where to find the box with the key. It was clear and fast, you only need a code to open it. For Halloween they left a gift and it was very tasty. Thank you!

The place was cute and eclectic. Lots of restaurants near by, and a very close walk to shopping areas. It's a pretty busy street, so it's very loud. (Not really the hostesses fault). Overall, the appartment was pretty clean however underneath things like the couch or bed /behind the bed (had to plug things in) there was lots of dust buildup. I know it's a big city, but I didn't realise the place cost so much. When I had clicked to book, it showed me it would cost around 800 and once I got the bill it was 2 payments of 510. Had I known it was going to be that much I think I would have gotten a hotel or maybe looked into going somewhere else. However, the space is cute and easy to locate and is in a decent area.

Cutie Patootie in the Heart of Chicago

We had a wonderful time in Chicago! The location of the apartment is excellent, check-in was easy, and all communication was timely. The building has a very well-equipped gym, and the apartment itself was very comfortable. The host’s recommendations for things to do and places to eat were especially helpful. We had a wonderful time overall and would love to come back!

We will absolutely be back! This space was super clean, well decorated and had everything you could need for a short stay. The location is perfect, as it is central to anywhere you need to go and is a super close spot to the redline or any public transit. We loved having Foxtrot right next door to grab a quick coffee, drinks, and snacks. It was a very comfortable place to sleep and was super quiet at night considering it's in a "busier" area downtown. The host was super kind and responsive before we arrived and the directions to enter and for any access information were super easy to understand and to get into and exit on time. The only downfall, which is no fault of the host is that a new hi-rise construction is happening right across the street and it is VERY noisy during the day from about 830am-6pm.

Cute space, comfortable bed, easy check-in. My ONLY issue was the noise outside at night, which isn't their fault, and they provided a white noise machine to help. Would definitely recommend!

The key boxes are hard to find! Look around the corner at the entrance to the alley on the other side of the coffee shop.

Great apartment in a brilliant location. The subway is a very short walk away and there are good bars and restaurants in close walking distance.

Great place and location in Chicago. The rooftop was amazing

Overall, the place was great but there were a few issues. The freezer needed to be defrosted (badly) so there wasn't room to put anything in there but the ice trays, which barely fit. It takes forever for the shower to get hot water. This is probably a building-wide issue but it's noticeable - it takes several minutes before you can get in. There was a barking dog next door for hours and hours each day, which the hosts contacted us about (presumably wondering if it was ours, and/or if it was bothering us?). The airbnb listing shows a base rate of something like $118-145/night. With the service fee, the $100 cleaning fee, and then taxes of like 17%, the place ended up costing $282/night. That's way more than DOUBLE the highest listed price!

Great condo but a noisy location and construction in progress on the first floor.

This was such a wonderful spot to stay! We were staying in Chicago for the first time and the area was very safe and close to lots of bars/restaurants/coffee shops. We used the recommendation parking app and found easy and fairly cheap parking nearby. Every detail of this stay was perfect! I would highly recommend staying here.

I really loved this place! I come into Chicago for work and like to mix up my stays with AirBNB. This place was near my office so I could walk, and had a really comfortable feel. It was super clean and had all the basic amenities - loved the high ceilings and roominess of it, esp for this neighborhood. The hosts were very communicative and made it easy to get what I needed. If you stay here, I would suggest a sleep mask because it is a little bright at night due to the location. The building is really cute and has a fun rooftop to hang out on. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location, can walk to restaurants and shops. But bring earplugs due to traffic sirens etc. Very cool decor. The couch is comfortable to sleep on but not to sit on. Its bit smaller than it shows in the photos. It has all the amenities you would need. Very cool building.

Awesome place love the space

This place is amazing with an amazing view.

Extremely Clean, modern designed, felt at home vibes. Wished it was attached to garage for easy parking but was able to find parking 5min walk away-get spot hero app-parking was only $25. Loved having the washer&dryer combo. Comfortable beddings!

We loved staying at Island Aire! The location is perfect for walkability to Chicago's many wonderful sites. The space is thoughtfully decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed many great restaurants within blocks. The bed is heaven after tons of sightseeing. Book it!

Our stay was fantastic - the best Air BnB experience I have had so far. The check-in was easy, the location was fantastic and the apartment was exactly as advertised in the pictures. The space was immaculate and we appreciated the extra touches, like the disposable toothbrush! It was a wonderful stay in every way. Thank you!!

Was very clean and simple!

Great location, very responsive host, comfortably equipped, so much better than staying in a hotel! Would highly recommend.

Wonderful in every way. This place is stylish and spotlessly clean. Check in was seamless. Easy walk to just about everything Chicago has to offer. I would definitely book this one again!

Great apartment. Spotlessly clean. Wonderful facilities within short walking distance of downtown . We really enjoyed our stay.

My first time in Chicago was made easier due to Livly and this beautiful apartment. Definitely would stay here again if I ever find my way back to Chicago

Luxury experience with great amenities including a gym. The space is in a nicer side of the city, close to bars and restaurants. There is a market attached to the apartment building with great grab-and-go snacks as well. While not obscenely noisy, I would recommend white noise or ear plugs for light sleepers.

This place is really beautiful and has all the amenities of home. Having a washer/dryer in the unit came very much in handy since it was a rainy mess the first few days I was in town. The shower is amazing - great water pressure, hot water, cool design. Comfortable bed, great kitchen appliances, glasses, mugs. I wish i could move in. The only thing is - they have probably fixed it by now but just in case - the apartment door handle is finicky. In order for it to lock you have to lift up on the handle. Just make sure to check that it’s locked before you leave! I didn’t the first night and turns out the door was unlocked the whole time. BUT - that DOES speak to the safety and security of the building, because all of my belongings were just as they were when I left. Once I contacted the host they informed me about the finicky handle, apologized and said it was scheduled to be fixed very soon. Their response time was always quick and they were very pleasant to deal with. A great spot - I would definitely stay there again!

The room was as described and checkin/checkout procedures were well-organized.

Condo, perfect. Location, perfect. Host, perfect. Everything, perfect!

This place is fabulous! Beautiful, comfortable, and in a great location. The unit and building are fabulous. Communication and check in/out were a breeze. Highly recommend!

Brilliant place to stay. Felt very welcome and extremely safe. The apartment was clean, very modern. Perfect for my stay in Chicago!

Amazing space and location.

WOW!!! I can't say enough good things about this place. It was better than advertised and had a comfortable vibe to it. The location was perfect and we were able to walk to absolutely everything (Hancock building, the bean, the canal, shopping, food, etc). place was spotless and very warm and inviting. I brought my GF to Chicago for a surprise birthday trip and she was blown away by the condo. I think she is going to steal some ideas for our home lol. I highly recommend this place and will be staying there again in the near future. Thanks for having us!!!

Great stay, thanks!

Great space and location. Would stay again in the future!

Absolutely fantastic space located in the heart of River North. Our unit was in the Historic Bush Temple and it had beautiful design details throughout. The whole unit made you feel as if you were in Greece, from the color tones, the light fixtures to the picture on the walls. The unit also had every amenity that we required and was clean and cozy. Gregory was very prompt and courteous. The front door staff was very nice and the check-in process was a breeze. I highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to stay at a spacious 1-Bedroom in a great part of Chicago.

My one-bedroom stay at Bush Temple was truly impressive. The unit itself is beautifully designed and has all of the latest amenities a short-stay user would want. While staying there, I had access to probably one of the most amazing gyms and co-working spaces associated with a multi-family complex. This is my second time staying in the same unit and plan to do it again. The hostess were also very help and accommodating during my stay. Highly recommended.

Brand new everything, freshly remodeled space, nicely stocked and a great (!!!!!!!) location close to everything. So convenient it was almost like Airbnb and a decent hotel had a love child and this is it. I’d book it again without hesitation.

Such a cute & cozy apartment in the PERFECT location. Check in & out was very easy with lockbox accessibility. Would 10/10 recommend!

Great place to stay if you’re going to the city! Everything is nearby and the hosts are very attentive
